To give somebody the go-ahead is to give them the permission to do something. The above sentence is marred by the use of the article ‘a' . Therefore, when rewritten, we have:
• All I need from you is just the go-ahead.
Take note of go-ahead used as an adjective which means willing to try new things or ideas.
Example: Greenfield Academy is a go-ahead institute.
