At a par or On a par?

 • Vivian is at a par with Clinton in all subjects.

When we mean to say that a person is as good or important as somebody, then we say 'on a par with'. Therefore , the above sentence will be rewritten as :

Vivian is on a par with Clinton in all subjects.
